If you were previously logged in under a different role (employer or admin), logging out and then using the reset link again usually resolves the issue.

Course access is based on your Continuing Education access window. If your access is not active, your dashboard may show an access-required message or you may not see courses yet.
If your employer manages your access, this usually means a seat has not been assigned to you yet, your seat has expired, or a seat was removed.
Tip: Log out and back in to refresh your session. If the issue continues, contact your employer or contact support below.
If your employer created your account, your Continuing Education access may not appear until a seat is assigned to you.
In this case, no action is required from you unless your employer instructs you otherwise. Once a seat is assigned, your courses will appear automatically on your dashboard.
Continuing Education access is valid for 12 months from the start date. During that time, you may complete courses at your own pace and return anytime.
Access includes all courses available during your access period, progress tracking, and downloadable certificates upon completion.
Note: Your employer may manage seat assignments. If your access window changes, your dashboard will reflect the updated dates.
When your access expires, you may no longer be able to start or continue courses until access is renewed. If you are employer-sponsored, renewal typically happens when your employer assigns a new seat.
If you purchased access as an individual learner, you can renew by purchasing Continuing Education access again.
Certificates you already earned during your access period remain available on your dashboard.
During your active access period, you may return to course lessons, videos, and practice materials as often as you like. Courses are self-paced and can be reviewed multiple times within your subscription timeframe.
Post-tests are used to confirm course completion. If you have questions about a post-test attempt, scoring, or your completion status, contact support below. Please include your name, email, and the course name so we can assist quickly.
Certificates become available immediately after you successfully complete a course. You can view or download them from your Student Dashboard under "Certificates."
If your name appears incorrectly on a certificate or you are unable to access a certificate, contact support for assistance.
Progress updates as you complete required steps in each course. Certificates are issued after successful completion. If something looks incorrect (progress not updating, certificate missing, or your name is wrong), please contact support.
Include the course name and a short description of what you expected to see versus what you are seeing.

No. Accounts, course progress, and certificates are intended for one individual caregiver. Each caregiver must have their own account and their own seat to ensure accurate training records.
Sharing accounts can create inaccurate records and may not meet facility documentation expectations.
The platform works on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. For the best experience, use an updated browser (such as Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox) and a stable internet connection.
If you are watching a video, be sure your device volume is on and the video sound is enabled.
Tip: If something does not load correctly, refresh the page or log out and log back in.
Course length varies by topic. Many courses include an estimated time to help you plan your training. You can complete courses in multiple sessions and return later during your access period.
Tip: Many caregivers complete training in shorter blocks between shifts rather than all at once.
Employer tools are available after you log in to your Employer Dashboard.
A seat provides one staff member with Continuing Education access. Once a seat is assigned, a 12-month access period begins for that staff member.
Seats can be purchased individually for specific staff or purchased in bulk to keep on hand for future hires.
Yes. Bulk seat purchases are designed for future hires and staffing changes. Bulk seats remain available until they are assigned.
Once assigned to a staff member, the 12-month access period begins for that person.
Staff access becomes active when a seat is assigned to them through your Employer Dashboard. After assignment, the staff member's courses and access dates will appear automatically.
Tip: If a staff member does not see courses yet, it usually means a seat has not been assigned.
Employer dashboards provide visibility into staff training progress, course completion, and certificate status. Where available, reports may be filtered and exported to support recordkeeping and compliance documentation.
Tip: If you are not seeing a report option you expected, contact support and tell us what you are trying to track.
If a staff member leaves, you may be able to remove their seat and return it to your available seat pool, depending on training activity.
If training has meaningfully begun (post-test attempts, certificates issued, or activity across multiple courses), the seat may not be eligible to return to your pool.
These guidelines help protect licensing access and training integrity. Refer to our Terms & Conditions for complete details.
Removing a seat immediately ends access for that staff member. If eligible, the seat is returned to your available seat pool so it can be reassigned.
A seat can only be removed and returned to your pool if training has not meaningfully begun:
These guidelines are part of our licensing and access policy. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for complete details.
Receipt links are provided through Stripe after payment is completed. You can access available receipt links from your Employer Dashboard under Purchases & Receipts.
Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. No credit card data is stored on our servers.
